Jeanne was truly a star in all categories. Having lived in Western Mass. area for most of her life, it was clear throughout the process that she was knowledgeable about various neighborhoods and towns that we were interested in. She even provided us with suggestions for other locations we hadn’t thought of. Most helpful though, was Jeanne’s ability to point out both positives and negatives in a property, specifically in helping us access what homes would be best for eventual resale value. It was clear to us that she truly cared about ensuring we made the best investment that made sense for our situation. The house we bought was lacking an updated electrical system and had some small-scale termite damage. Using her negotiating skills, Jeanne was able to make the seller responsible for updating the entire electrical system and fix the existing termite damage! These were big-ticket items so we were very pleased!
